Eureka #2

In the early nineties I took an advanced drawing class at the University of Manitoba from renowned Canadian artist Ivan Eyre. We did numerous life drawing sessions and the inspiration for this piece was a elderly gentleman wrapped in torn bed sheets. The title Eureka and the image itself represents the exact instant that one recognizes they have the solution to a problem that has tormented them for a long time.   Status: Collection of the artist.
