Fish Creek #1

This park in south Calgary was the inspiration for several landscapes. One of my favorite images from those observations was of a mallard swimming across the creek. Unfortunately I have lost track of that piece and never managed to capture it for my chronicles. I found the best time of year to walk the paths was around the beginning of October when the leaves had turned color and were clinging to the last memories of summer.   Status: Private collection.
