Phoenix

A trip to Phoenix to take in the Superbowl experience was the catalyst for this piece. I have always been fascinated by the desert landscape. The combination of ocean life in a desert environment seems to be a natural fit for my brain. This work is showcased in a custom made steel frame that features ball bearings replicating the air bubbles in the image. The frame is a work of art in itself.   Status: Private collection.
