Pike Roll

From time to time I contributed to the Manitoba Sport Fishing periodical. This recipe is actually a pretty good one for serving pike. I have a very old Underwood typewriter in my studio and when I came across this image I realized the typing for the recipe came from my trusty Underwood.   Status: Collection of the artist.
