The Forks

The Forks is a trendy area in downtown Winnipeg that offers a multitude of cuisine choices. It is so named because it is located at “the fork” or junction of the Assiniboine and Red rivers. I chose to play on the name with this textile design by representing the cultural and cuisine diversity that is offered. Status: Collection of the artist.
