Believe it or not, in the early eighties there was a movement afoot to create a Canadian basketball league. The most unusual aspect of the proposition was a height restriction mandate. I can’t exactly remember but I believe the limitation was six foot six. You could not play if you were taller than that! This image is my conceptual design and name for theWinnipegfranchise.
